We’re so excited to announce the launch of our new partnership with the Ottawa BlackJacks of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL), which will make us the the Official Charitable Partner of the club!

Basketball has long been one of the most popular sports among new Canadians and continues to be a tool for teaching teamwork, leadership, and the ability to overcome challenges in youths. With that in mind, the BlackJacks and Christie Lake Kids will be launching several initiatives to grow our basketball programming and help more young people experience the game.

“The CLK team have done a wonderful job supporting the accelerating interest in basketball as a unifying medium in the community and we are proud to play a role in the growth of their after school programs,” said BlackJacks president Mark Wacyk.
