The 12th-annual Christie Lake Kids Parliamentary basketball tournament saw a collection of MPs, staffers,  Hill journalists, and sponsors trade their suits for sneakers to help children and youth from low-income families access recreational sports opportunities across Ottawa.

The four-team tournament was held at Lisgar Collegiate on April 22. It was truly a fantastic evening filled with energy, community spirit, and some great basketball.

The final game was especially exciting, with the MP team securing a thrilling victory by just 2 points!
